WSU Retail Workforce Development Program

37 Oaks is excited to partner with West Side United to provide the education, experience, support, and resources that early-growth businesses need to build, organize, develop, and manage their teams.

Does your early-growth business need help building, developing, organizing, and managing a team?

37 Oaks has been known for not only educating but also preparing small business owners for growth. Who can reach new markets, diversify, and scale operations without a team? We know how important this is, but we also know it is not easy for early-growth entrepreneurs.

  • How much talent can I afford to hire?

  • Is there a difference in the role I should hire vs. what I want to hire?

  • How do I calculate the ROI on my talent?

  • What are the opportunity costs of NOT hiring talent?

  • What are the best practices for training, managing, and developing talent?

  • How do I get the most out of my talent?

We are excited to partner once again with West Side United to deliver a program that helps early-growth entrepreneurs receive the workforce management,  education, experience, support, and resources needed to help them scale to new heights.
