Build Strong. Grow Smart. Diversify Boldly.

Rockville Economic Development, Inc. (REDI) is proud to once again partner with 37 Oaks to deliver The Shop Local Technical Assistance Program. This eight-month experience is for small business owners who are participating in the Maryland Women’s Business Center’s (MWBC) retail incubator, MWBC Shop Local. This program supports Shop Local cohorts located in Bowie and Savage Mill.

Entrepreneurs will learn how to build a solid business foundation to grow and/or diversify into storefront, wholesale, and/or e-commerce markets. Through a combination of courses, coaching, and resources, participants are equipped to increase revenue, reduce risk, and establish more stable and profitable long-term growth.

Our curriculum includes 37 Oaks University courses and Study Halls, hands-on exercises and assignments, one-on-one coaching from both 37 Oaks and MWBC, commerce-related tools and resources, panel discussions, workshops, and in-person networking events.
